I highly recommend this company for your deck printing needs. I'm an artist who runs kickstarters for my decks, and this was my first time printing with this company. I will now stick with them for my future projects. A huge shout out to Hannah, who was my contact in the process. I started with a previous contact within the same company, who didn't seem eager to help me, so it took me a second try to find Hannah, who I vibe with much better. Anyways, the price is correct, they were patient with all the changes I needed to make, shipping was good, and the resulting product was amazing! I've never made anything so beautiful before, and I could not have done it without this companie's know-how and professionalism. My kickstarter backers are very pleased with the results too. Most of my experience was great until I discovered an issue with quality. I ordered a custom deck with holo foil on the deck and cards. About 60 days after I got my order I noticed that the holo layer started rubbing off on the box of the deck I was using. I was very careful using that deck and only handled it a couple times a week. WJPC said that was normal for the holo foil to eventually rub off with use. It seems unacceptable to me that would only last 2 months though. They then blamed me for following their own employee’s advice about the box paper finish. That should be the company’s responsibility to help me choose the right choice; they know their products and materials better than I do! After trying to resolve it directly with WJPC I made a refund request on Alibaba, but since it was past the 60-day window Alibaba couldn’t force WJPC to refund. But they seemed to side with me because Alibaba itself gave me a small partial refund. WJPC service turned out to be unprofessional.
